This is a nice WH (Heer) Medical Emergency Kit (Spiegeltasche). Nice cloth covered metal construction pouch, the pouch is marked 'Spiegeltasche'. This set was standard equipment within the 'Truppenbesteck'. The pouch comes together with various period looking medical tools as found together, including a nice complete scalpel set. The scalpel set comes with a document from the company 'Chiron-Werke G.m.b.H.' from Tuttlingen, the document is dated 1942. Nice and decorative original medical 'Spiegeltasche' in good condition!
