Wehrmacht (Heer) M31 Bread Bag (Brotbeutel 31). This is an early pre war example made of grey coloured canvas, the breadbag is re-inforced with grey lacquered leather parts. Nicely maker marked by a manufacturer from Kaiserslautern and dated 1934. Rare early breadbag in very good condition!

Wehrmacht (Heer) Bread Bag Model 1931 (Brotbeutel 31). Bread bags were widely utilized by all German military and non-military organizations, so various models and colors were produced. The bread bag was worn attached to the belt on the right side of the back. This is an early pre war produced example made of grey coloured canvas, the breadbag is re-inforced with grey lacquered leather parts. The breadbag is nicely maker marked by a company from Kaiserslautern and dated 1934. Inside the breadbag is an unknown marking. Rare original early breadbag in very good condition!
