WH (Heer) 'Kradschützen' EM's Overseas Cap
WH (Heer) 'Kradschützen' EM's Overseas Cap (Einheitsfeldmütze M34). The M34 overseas cap was introduced for wear by EM/NCO's on 24 March 1934. On 21 July 1942 it was replaced by the more functional M42 overseas cap followed by the M43 field-cap which was based on the M42 overseas cap and the Mountain Trooper’s Mountain Cap (Bergmütze). This is an early EM's M34 overseas cap. On front the cap is having an nicely hand-sewn BeVo cocarde and hand-sewn cap-eagle, the cap is complete with a copper-brown (kupferbrauner) 'Kradschützen' (motorcycle recon) soutache. The insignia might have been (partially)replaced once. The cap is faintly maker marked. The cap is approximately a size '55'. The cap is showing some normal traces of usage, see photos. Nice original EM's Overseas Cap (Schiffchen) in good used condition!
