Wehrmacht (Heer) Double Decal M35 Combat Helmet (Stahlhelm M35). The stamped sheet steel construction M35 helmet retains most of its early fieldgrey/green paint, the paint is showing scratches and normal traces of usage. Both decals are in used condition with some normal damage and scratches caused by usage, both decals are retained for about 90%. All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet is a M31 leather liner with all eight fingers intact, the early liner is having an early reinforced aluminum ring, the original liner cord is present, the liner is size '55' marked. Initials are written inside the liner. The shell is marked with maker and size 'NS62' which indicates production by the company 'Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke AG' in Schwerte. The reverse interior neck guard apron has a stamped serial number 'D.270'. Nice and honest original untouched early WH (Heer) M35 DD Helmet!
