WH (Heer) Tan & Water (Sumpftarn) Camouflage Helmet Cover (Stahlhelmbezüge). The cover is manufactured of very thin fabric in the 'Sumpftarnmuster' (tan/water pattern) camouflage. The cover is complete with its original drawstring. There are various foliage loops sewn on the cover. The construction of the cover was accomplished through machine sewing using fieldgrey coloured cotton thread. The cover is nicely RB.Nr. marked. The cover is showing clear traces of usage including some bigger tears and staining, see photos. Rare original late war camouflage helmet cover in actually used and worn condition!
