DAF 'Deutsche Arbeitsfront' Wall Plaque. The DAF (German Labor-front), originally founded in 1933, became an official NSDAP organization in October 1934. DAF’s most important goal was to enforce the political stability of the large mass of work force. The plaque shows a cog wheel with a swastika in the center, the symbol of the German Labor Front. This symbol was hung on the wall in companies during the Third Reich period. The lightweight aluminum symbol is sized approximately 20 cms in diameter. Decorative original item in good used condition!
