Rare unit type Swastika Flag 'Mengen, Rekruten 1918'. The flag is trimmed with fringe around the edges. There are six wooden rings present to hang the flag. One side is red coloured and showing the crest of the city 'Mengen', a city in southern Germany in Baden-Württemberg. Above the crest the name of the city 'Mengen' and below the crest 'Rekruten 1918'. The other side of the flag is white coloured and showing a Swastika in its center. The flag is sized approximately 135 x 125 cms. The flag shows some small spots and staining but is in overall nice and good condition. Very nice and decorative original piece!
