Wehrmacht Gebirgsjäger Petsamo Souvernir Brass Moose Head. Locally made souvernir which could be bought by German soldiers, most of these souvernir items originate from the Petsamo area in Finland and were brought home by Gebirgsjäger soldiers. There are a lot of variations around. This is the first moose head I've encountered, it is having one enammeled badge attached and there are holes to attach another 6, see photos. Great and decorative original item!
