This is a death notice for Leutnant 'Josef Stautner'. He was killed in action on 17 August 1944 at the western front. According to the 'Volksbund' information, Josef was buried at Fort-de-Malmaison cemetry in France (near Reims). Interesting original death notice with photograph!

Dutch Wartime Specular Reflector (Spiegelreflector). This home made reflector is made of several small mirrors and was used with a small lightbulb in the middle to produce more light output with less power. Nice piece of homemade wartime engineering!

Dutch M34 LBD Helmet (Stalen Helm Model 34). The helmet is complete with its original leather liner and chinstrap, the liner is nicely 'CM1938' marked. The helmet has been period overpainted in black, possibly for the LBD or another civilian organisation. Nice original helmet!

Dutch military caltrop - 'Kraaienpoot'. The green painted metal caltrop is marked with a 'L'. The caltrop has most likely been produced by the 'Hembrug' factories. There are some small rust spots, these can be cleaned. Nice example in good condition!
