The nickel-silver construction pin is showing the map of the island of Sardinia with a diagonally-placed sword across mentioning the towns of Olbia and Cagliari. These semi-official pins were worn on for example the M43 caps. The badge is complete with soldered on safety needle. Rare original pin in very good condition!
