High quality, privately purchased 1936 pattern Schutzpolizei (Protection Police) Officer's Shako. The shako is having a nice officer's type shako eagle placed on front above an officer's type chinstrap, the eagle is nicely padded with matching police green wool. The shako is complete with nicely hand-embroidered national cocarde. The Shako is not visible maker marked or dated, it is size '56' marked. The shako is showing some minimal traces of usage and years of storage and is in close to mint condition. Nice original Police Officer's Shako!
