WH (Heer) Panzer Trooper's Trousers
WH (Heer) Panzer Trooper's Black Trousers (Panzerhose für Mannschaften). The black Panzer Wrap tunic and trousers were originally introduced by the army in November 1934, for wear by armoured vehicle personnel and were worn through-out the war with minor modifications. The trousers are made of Panzer black wool having tapered leg cuffs. The horizontal waistband has a tunnel loop which houses a built-in black cotton belt. There are regrettably multiple small and a few larger moth-damages on front of the trousers, mainly around the crotch of the pants, see photos. The trousers are nicely maker and size marked by a clothing company from Wunsiedel and dated 'M40' (1940). It is a perfect size for display on a mannequin. Hard to find original pair of black Panzer trousers, due to the moth damage priced way below normal market value!
