This is a nice example of a 'Feuerlöschpolizei' NCO's Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler für Mannschaften der Feuerlöschpolizei). This machine embroidered version was to be worn by NCO’s (the German Police had no enlisted ranks) of the Fire Protection Police (Feuerschutzpolizei). The eagle is embroidered in carmine on a field-grey woolen background. Nice original sleeve eagle in good used and clearly tunic removed condition!
