'Organization Todt' Sleeve Rank Insignia. The OT was established in June of 1938 when the Inspector General for Roads, 'Dr. Fritz Todt', was tasked with the construction of the 'West Wall'. The 'OT' monogram is machine embroidered above 4 sewn on red rank stripes. Nice example in good unissued condition!
