U.S. M4 Bayonet with Scabbard M8A1. This bayonet/fighting knife was for use with the M1 Carbine. The correct ww2 production bayonet is marked with 'U.S. M4 UTICA'. The M8A1 scabberd is marked 'US M8A1' and maker 'V.P.Co', the scabberd has a metal tip and most likely dates from postwar production inteded for the Korean War. Nice example in good used condition!
