Wehrmacht Motorcyclist's Protective Coat

Wehrmacht (Heer) Motorcyclist's Protective Coat (Kradmeldermantel). Motorcyclist’s/Dispatch riders were outfitted with special protective clothing that included the motorcyclist's protective coat or called 'Kradmantel'. The coat is constructed from rubberized cloth, it has a single metal hook and eye at the neckline and a Wehrmacht fieldgrey woolen collar. There are no signs o shoulder-board loops and/or buttons. The coat is showing some size markings and is maker marked with a RB.Nr.,see photos. The greatcoat is in good worn condition with normal traces of usage, there is some staining and some small damages and cracks as usual with these coats. It is overall in very good and supple condition, these specific motorcyclist's protective coats are very hard to find. Rare original 'Kradmantel'!
