WH (Heer) M43 Trousers (Keilhose)
Wehrmacht (Heer) M43 'Keilhose' - Combat Field Pants (Rundbundhosen 43). The 'Keilhose' combat field trousers were patterned after the Mountain troopers trousers and were introduced by an order of 28 june 1943 to replace the previously used straight legged trousers. The trousers are made of fieldgrey woolen cloth. Stitched along the upper edge of the waistband, four buttoned tabs can alternatively be used as belt keepers or to secure braces. A strap and metal buckle is sewn on each hip for tightening. The trousers are nicely size marked and dated 1944. This pair of trousers has a good size, perfect for display on a mannequin. These trousers in good used condition showing normal traces of usage. Original Wehrmacht trousers are very hard to find. Nice original pair of M43 trousers!
