Polygoon' in the Netherlands, the photo has been taken by 'SS P.K. (Kriegsberichter) Fritz'. The photograph are showing soldiers training with the K98 rifle, the soldiers are most likely wearing Wiking cufftitles. Great original period press-release photograph!
