Wehrmacht Carbide Field Lantern (Einheitslaterne 37), these carbide lanterns were issued to most Wehrmacht units for use in the field. Brown coloured bakelite example, it comes with a complete set of aluminum black-out slides (Schiebern). The carrying handle is complete with original aluminum hook. The Lantern is nicely marked with a 'WaA' marking, see photos. The lantern is in good used condition, only the opening clip is damaged, see red circle in close-up. Great original piece of equipment!
