This is a nice light-brown coloured Wehrmacht (Heer) K98 Ammo Pouch (Patronentaschen). The basis design of the ammunition pouches was virtually unchanged since the introduction of this pattern in 1909. The pouch is made of light-brown leather with coated metal parts, the pouch is complete with all partitions. The pouch is nicely maker marked and dated 'gjj 43' indicating production by the company of 'Karl Seeger GmbH' from Offenbach am Main in 1943. Hard to find original late war light-brown ammo pouch in very good condition!
