This is a nice and rare original late war M31 Canteen and Enamelled Cup (Feldflasche 31 und Trinkbecher). The standard issue M31 canteen was introduced on 23 March 1931. The canteen and leather straps are used condition with normal age and usage toning. The leather straps are a bit fragile, there is some minor mothing to the felt cover. The red painted steel canteen is nicely maker marked and dated with 'sku 1945', the canteen is slightly dented. The canteen is complete with its rare original brown enamelled cup, the cup is in good used condition. Rare original late war canteen in used condition!
