MG34 or MG42 vehicle mount ammo-box (Patronenkasten 36). The Box was capable of carrying a 150 round ammunition belt and was designed for use on armoured vehicles. The box still has its original paint and shows some surface rust and scratches caused by usage. The box is nicely maker marked and dated 1941. This is the second pattern box having a spring closure system. Nice example in good used condition!

 MG34 of MG42 munitiekistje voor gebruik op een voertuig lafette (Patronenkasten 36). Het kistje was geschikt voor een 150 schots patroonband en was ontwikkeld voor gebruik op gepanzerde voertuigen. Het kistje bevat nog zijn originele verf en toont wat roest en krasjes door gebruik. Het kistje is mooi maker gemarkeerd en 1941 gedateerd. Dit is het tweede model kist met een sluiting d.m.v. spring-veren. Mooi exemplaar in goede gebruikte staat!
