Wehrmacht (Heer) Bread Bag M1931 (Brotbeutel 31). Bread bags were widely utilized by all German military and non-military organizations, so various models and colors were produced. The bread bag was worn attached to the belt on the right side of the back. This is a mid war produced example made of various shades of green coloured canvas with both brown and blackened leather parts. The breadbag is nicely RB.Nr. marked. On the inside is a stamp of the Police of Stuttgart from 1950 where the breadbag has been reissued after the war. Nice original breadbag in very good, mint and unissued, condition!
