German Political/Hitler-Jugend 'RZM' marked Map Case (Meldekartentasche). Map/dispatch cases were issued with assorted map reading tools, instruments and accessories. The map case is made of so-called 'Preßstoff' (Ersatz) material and has two belt-loops on the back. It is nicely marked with 'RZM L2/600/41' indicating production in 1941. This map case is smaller in size compared to a regular army M35 map case and could have been intended for Hitler Youth boys or BDM girls. Rare original map case in good used condition!
