Luftwaffe 7,65mm Pistol Holster for the FN Browning Model 1910/22 Pistol. When issued the pistols came accompanied with a holster. The leather construction holster has one large belt-loop on the back and could be worn on the load carrying waist belt. The holster has a stitched on spare magazine pocket. The interior of the top flap shows the faint marking 'Nur für lange Browning-Pistole Kal. 7.65' (Only for the long Browning pistol, Caliber 7.65mm). The holster is nicely maker marked and dated with 'jsd 1943' indicating production by the company of 'J.Schmalzeder Erben' from Dresden. The holster is marked with a Luftwaffe acceptance marking as well. The holster is in clearly used and issued condition. The holster is showing one damage on the reverse, see photos. Nice original holster in good used condition!
