Luftwaffe Aluminum 'Trinkwasser 5L' Flask for 5 Liters of Drinking water. The flask retains most of its original ordance tan paint, on the container is stenciled in white on all four sides 'Trinkwasser 5L'. The flask is made according to 'Bauart: h.r.e.' (Heinrich Ritter Esslingen) and marked with Luftwaffe Contract Number 'FL730710'. Maker marked 'avx' indicating production by 'Südmetall AG' from Mußbach. The flask is in heavily used condition, see photos. Still a nice original water flask!
