 Luftwaffe M38 Gasmask Canister (Blechbüchse M38) complete with two set of spare glasses (Klarscheiben) and both the short  and long carrying straps. All German Army personnel were issued with a gasmask, carrying canister and accessories and were required to have it readily available at all times. Fear of the potential use of chemical warfare agents made the gasmask and canister a constant companion of the German soldier through-out the war. This is an empty M38 canister which is showing a nice field applied green overpaint over the standard fieldgrey. The canister is complete with both the long and short carrying straps. The canister is named to Gefreiter 'Nicolay' and marked with his fieldpost-number 'L50766' indicating that he was serving within the 'Feldluftpark 3/XII' which was stationed in Posen (Poznan, Poland) from August 1944 to January 1945. Nice original late war gasmask canister!

 Luftwaffe Gasmasker met bus (Gasmaske M30 mit Blechbüchse M38) compleet met een set reserve-glaasjes (Klarscheiben), kort riempje en de lange draagriem. Al het Duitse legerpersoneel werd uitgerust met een gasmasker in bus en accessoires en moest het ten alle tijde paraat hebben. Angst voor een gasaanval zorgde ervoor dat het gasmasker in bus gedurende de oorlog een constante metgezel van iedere Duitse soldaat is geweest. De lege M38 gasmasker bus toont een mooie groene veldaangebrachte verflaag over de standaard veldgrijze verf. De bus is compleet met beide draagriemen. In de bus staat de naam van Gefreiter 'Nicolay' en het Feldpostnummer 'L50766' wat duidt op dat hij diende in het 'Feldluftpark 3/XII' welke was gestationeerd in Posen (Poznan, Polen) van augustus 1944 tot januari 1945. Mooie originele laat oorlogse gasmasker bus!
