Pair of MP38/40 Magazine Pouches
This is a nice pair of Wehrmacht MP38/40 Magazine Pouches (MP38 u. MP40 Magazintaschen). Soldiers equipped with the MP38/40 were issued a pair of magazine pouches which each held three thirty-two round magazines. This pair is made of green coloured webbing with blackened leather straps, the leather straps are in good supple condition, see photos. The pouches are nicely maker marked and dated with 'clg43' indicating production by the company of 'Ernst Melzig' from Liegnitz in 1943. Hard to find original pair of MP38/40 magazine pouches in very good condition!
Dit is een mooie set Wehrmacht MP38/40 Magazijntassen (MP38 u. MP40 Magazintaschen). Soldaten die waren uitgerust met een MP38/40 kregen een paar magazijntassen, in elke tas konden 3 magazijnen met een capaciteit van 32 patronen. Het paar is gemaakt van groen-kleurige canvas met zwarte leren riempjes, de leren riempjes zijn in goede soepele staat, zie foto's. De tassen zijn mooi maker gemarkeerd en gedateerd met 'clg43' wat duid op productie door de firma 'Ernst Melzig' uit Liegnitz in 1943. Moeilijk te vinden origineel paar MP38/40 Magazijntassen in erg goede staat!
