This is a rare original late-war Fallschirmjäger MP38/40 six-cell Magazine Pouch (MP38 u. MP40 Magazintasche). Rare 6-cell magazine pouch as worn by paratroopers (Fallschirmjäger) and armoured crew members. The pouch held six thirty-two round magazines. This pouch is made of tan coloured webbing, there are two brown leather belt-loops on the back. One of the belt-loops is maker marked 'eyp4' and showing a 'WaA446' (Waffenamt) marking. The back is also showing a nice blue ink stamp "MP38u.40". The pouch comes with a nice looking bread-bag strap as carrying strap. Extremely rare and hard to find original late war tan coloured variant pouch in very good, near mint and unissued, condition!

This pouch originates from the collection of the recently closed Eyewitness Museum and was in display in the diorama in the last picture!
