This is a nice and scarce original hand-embroidered Waffen-SS Officer's Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler für Führer). The eagle is nicely hand-embroidered in bullion silver threads on a black woolen background. These arm-eagles were to be used on the various SS Officer's tunics. This example is in clearly used and tunic removed condition, regrettably one wing has been damaged, see photos. This would be a nice addition to an (SS) insignia collection. Rare and hard to find truly worn original piece in clearly used and damaged however highly collectible condition!
