Waffen-SS 'San.-Abt.Ost' cufftitle (Ärmelband). This is the RZM style cufftitle, the cufftitle is borderd with seven strands of silver wire-thread. The cufftitle is showing the nicely hand-embroidered script 'San.-Abt.Ost' (Sanitäts-Abteilung Ost) in silver wire. The cufftitle is in full length condition and measures approximately 42cms in length. The cufftitle is still having a paper RZM label attached being a 'B-Stück' and maker marked by manufacturer 'A4/218'. Nice original cufftitle in very good condition!
