Nice pair of Wehrmacht (Heer) issue cavalry or mounted troops tall riding boots (Stiefel für Mannschaften der Kavallerie). Besides the helmet, the leather boot is probably one of the most instantly recognizable items of the German military. Nice high quality, light-brown construction tall leather cavalry boots, these where also very popular amongst officers. The leather is still supple. The soles are complete with original heal irons (horseshoe) and hobnails. The boots are size 28,5 marked and dated May 1944. The boots are nicely maker marked with RB.Nr. 0/0358/0062. Hard to find pair of late war Wehrmacht cavalry boots in stunning mint and unissued condition!
