 Tropical Wehrmacht M31 Canteen and Cup (Feldflasche 31 und Trinkbecher). The standard issue M31 canteen was introduced on 23 March 1931. This is a so-called 'Labeflasche' with a 1 liter capacity as issued for tropical climates and/or Mountain Troopers (Gebirgsjäger). The aluminum canteen is maker marked and dated 'ESB42' indicating production in 1942. The canteen is compleet with its original reinforced felt cover and webbing straps. The canteen is complete with its original black painted aluminum cup, the cup is nicely maker marked and dated 1936. The canteen is showing normal traces of usage and some damage to the cover, see photos. Nice original tropical canteen in used condition!

 Tropische Wehrmacht M31 Veldfles met Beker (Feldflasche 31 und Trinkbecher). Standaard uitrusting, Model 1931 veldfles, ingesteld op 23 maart 1931. Deze veldfles is een zogenoemde 'Labeflasche' met een 1 liter inhoud zoals werd uitgereikt in tropische regio's en/of aan 'Gebirgstruppen'. De aluminium veldfles is mooi maker gemarkeerd en gedateerd met 'ESB42' wat duidt op productie in 1942. De veldfles is compleet met zijn verstevigde vilten hoes en webbing riempjes. De veldfles is compleet met zijn originele zwart geverfde aluminium beker, de beker is mooi maker gemarkeerd en 1936 gedateerd. De veldfles vertoont normale gebruiks- en ouderdomssporen en wat schade aan de vilten hoes, zie foto's. Mooie originele tropische veldfles in gebruikte staat!
