German Political NSDAP/SA or Polizei Brown Leather Gaiters (Leder Gamaschen). Worn in combination with a pair of ankle-boots and a pair of breeches. The gaiters are not visible maker marked or dated but are from pre-war production. Hard to find original period brown leather gaiters in very good condition!
