Description
Wehrmacht Felt & Leather Winter Boots (Winterstiefel). The felt and leather boots were originally introduced after the first devastating winter in Russian as the standard leather marching boots didn’t provide the warmth required in the extreme cold. Made of light brown coloured leather. The boots are in overall good used condition with light age and usage toning and some small moth damages, see photos. One of the leather straps is missing the tip, see close up. The boots are nicely maker marked and dated 1943. Nice original pair in good used condition!
