German Felt & Leather Winter Boots (Winterstiefel). The felt and leather boots were originally introduced after the first devastating winter in Russian as the standard leather marching boots didn’t provide the warmth required in the extreme cold. Made of light brown coloured leather. The boots are in overall good used condition with light age and usage toning and some small moth damages, see photos. The boots are not visible maker marked or dated. Nice original pair in good used condition!
