Early Political SS/SA Cap Eagle (Mützenadler). Early type cap-eagle as often found on early Visor-cap and/or Kepi's. The cap-eagle looks to be marked 'RZM 17'. The cap eagle is complete with its functional pin-back system. Nice original example in good condition!
