This is a RAD ('Reichsarbeitsdienst') Officer's Cap Badge (Mützenabzeichen für Führer). These badges were used on the specific RAD headgear, also known as 'Kaffeebohne'. Tombak construction cap badge, complete with all prongs. Nicely maker marked with 'P.u.C.' indicating production by the company of 'Paulmann & Crone' from Lüdenscheid and dated 1936, it is 'Ges.Gesch' marked as well. Nice example in very good condition!
