This is the standard-type WH (Heer) M43 cap-eagle/cocarde (trapezoid), woven according to the 'BeVo'-weave technique in linnen on a field-grey cotton background. These insignia were worn on the various M43 caps throughout the war. Nice original example in clearly used and cap removed condition, it can perfectly be used for restauration on an M43 cap!
