Luftwaffe Officer's overseas cap (Schiffchen für Offiziere). Luftwaffe blue/grey woolen construction overseas cap having silver piping for officers ranks along the top edge of the fold down panels. The cap is having an original applied hand-embroiderd cap-eagle and  black/white/red national tri-color cockade. The insignia are neatly period hand applied, see photos. The cap has a light-grey coloured rayon lining, the cap is not visible maker or size marked, it is approximately a size 56/57. The cap is in very good condition with only minimal traces of usage.Hard to find original officer's overseas cap in very good condition!
