Dutch black coloured 'Kepie' with plume as intended for the Gala (dress) tunic. The kepi is having double golden piping and one red coloured piping indicating the rank of a 1st Lieutenant. Complete with often missing plume. The white plume is made of hanging rooster feathers, complete with bronze tulip. The kepi is complete with a nice officers quality hand-embroidered cocarde. The kepi is size '58' marked. Nice original kepi in good condition!
