Dutch 'Oorlogsherinneringskruis' (1940-1945 War Cross). The cross was intituted by a Royal Decree of 16 March 1944. For service in the armed forces, merchant navy, fishing fleet or civil aviation outside occupied territory. The cross is complete with its original confectioned ribbon having one bar attached: "Nederlandsch-Indië 1941-1942". The medal is marked on the reverse by the company 'Kon.-Begeer' from Voorschoten. The ribbon has been confectioned by 'Fa.A.Tack' from Breda. Nice example in good condition!
