Dutch 'Bi-Jou' Hand Dynamo Torch
Dutch 'Bi-Jou' Hand Dynamo Torch which was the lady version of the so-called 'Knijpkat' Flashlight. The 'Knijpkat' was a flashlight without batteries, the required electricity is generated by means of a built-in generator which is driven by pinching the handle on top. The flashlight is nicely maker marked by the 'Philips' company. Flashlight in good only slightly used and still functional condition. Unfortunately the plastic cap for the lightbulb is missing, see photos. Nice original example in good used condition!
Nederlandse 'Bi-Jou' Zaklamp, dit is de dames-versie van de zogenoemde 'Knijpkat' zaklamp. De door Philips gemaakte knijpkat is een zaklantaarn zonder batterijen, de benodigde elektriciteit wordt opgewekt door middel van een ingebouwde dynamo die wordt aangedreven door in het apparaat te knijpen. De zaklamp is maker gemarkeerd door de firma 'Philips'. De Knijpkat verkeerd in een goede licht gebruikte staat en is nog functioneel. Helaas ontbreekt het plastic kapje op het lampje, zie foto's. Mooi exemplaar in goede gebruikte staat!
