1st model Dutch Fighting Knife (Stormdolk M1917). Dutch Model 1917 army fighting knife as issued between 1917 and 1940, worn by both enlisted men and officers. The knife is marked with the serial-number '1632 E', the brown leather scabberd is marked with the serial-number '152 A'. The blade is in good used condition, showing some minor traces of usage, see photos. The leather scabberd is complete with its internal frog, this is a rare first model without horizontal leather retaining strap, the scabberd is showing a very low serial number. The fighting knife is in overall good used condition, hard to find original example!
