Dutch military cyclist's protective pants (beenbeschermers voor wielrijders). The pants are made of canvas and served to protect the pants, puttees and shoes during wet weather. The legs are closed with four buttons. Special straps under the shoes will keep the pants in place when cycling. An additional flap prevents water from running into the pants. The pants are in good used condition with normal traces of usage and age, see photos. Extremely hard to find piece of Dutch equipment!
