Waffen-SS M44 Dot Pattern HBT Field Blouse and Trousers (Tarnfeldbluse und Tarnhose M44). The M44 dot pattern (Erbstarnmuster) camouflage uniform, consisting of a field blouse and pants was officially introduced on 1 March 1944. The field blouse is constructed of nice bright 'Erbstarnmuster' camouflage clothing and has four pockets with straight flaps and field-grey finished, pebbled metal buttons. There is a five-button front closure using the same type of buttons. There is a lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure, the metal hook is missing. The interior is unlined, with tan cotton used for reinforcements at the seams and the small bandage pocket on the lower right. The tunic is nicely maker marked with RB.Nr. '0/0793/0101' indicating production by the 'Textil und Bekleidungswerke GmbH Becker', the tunic is showing size stamps, it is a medium size (chest size 92cms). The field blouse is in slightly used and worn condition showing some small damages and/or stains, see photos. The trousers are having two, diagonally angled, front pockets and a small watch pocket. A strap and metal buckle is sewn on each hip for tightening. The pants are not visible maker marked or dated. The trousers are in matching slightly worn condition showing minimal traces of usage, see photos. Both the field blouse and trousers are still showing nice bright colours. Great and hard to find original Waffen-SS camouflage tunic!
