Luftwaffe Double Barrel Flare Pistol (Fliegerleuchtpistole Mod. L). The aluminum construction flare pistol still retains most of its original blackened finish, the two brown bakelite grips are in perfect condition. The pistol is well marked with a Luftwaffe acceptance stamp, Luftwaffe contract number 'FL.24483' and unique serial number '6761'. The flare pistol is nicely maker marked with manufacturer's code 'fzs' indicating production by the company of 'Waffenfabrik Heinrich Krieghoff' based in Suhl and it is dated 1944. The pistol is in perfect functional condition, it can fire two flares, the left, right or both at the same time. Hard to find original Luftwaffe double barrel flare pistol in very good, mint and unissued, condition! This is the best example I've ever had on sale. This is a functional weapon, exempted by the Dutch law in Article 18, paragraph 1, in d, annex II of the Rwm. Sale only to persons above the age of 18!
