Luftwaffe Helmet Chinstrap (Stahlhelm Sturmriemen). This is a two piece, blackened brown leather construction helmet chinstrap. Complete with aluminum buckle and both aluminum studs. The early chinstrap is nicely maker marked and dated 1937. The helmet is nicely 'L.B.A.' (Luftwaffe Beschaffungs Amt) marked indicating Luftwaffe issue. The strap is in clearly used condition, the leather however is still supple, the strap can easily be placed on a helmet. Perfect for completing your M35 Luftwaffe helmet. Rare and hard to find original early chinstrap!
