'Reichsnährstand' Table-Medal (Siegermedaille). The 'Reichsnährstand' was established in September of 1933 and was responsible for controlling production, marketing, distribution and rationing of the Reich’s food supply. This tabel-medal was awarded at the 1st exhibition held in Erfurt in 1934 (1. Reichsnährstands-Ausstellung Erfurt 1934). The medal was awarded for good performance in the competition group 'Butter'. The silver table medal is having a diameter of 38mm, the medal is nicely marked 'Silber 990'. The medal shows great detail and is showing a nice darkened age-patina. Nice and decorative medal in good condition!
