Bundle of 39 Paper German Empire National Flags (Nationalfahne/Patriotische Fahne). The black-white-red tricolour was introduced in 1866 by the North German Confederation and remained the flag of Germany until the end of the German Empire in 1918, it was reintroduced as the national flag in March 1933 and was the national flag untill the death of Reichspresident 'Paul von Hindenburg' in September 1935. From 1935 to 1945 it was used as a patriotic flag. The small sized double-sided, printed paper, flags measure approximately 21 x 12,5 cms and are mounted on a 40cms long sized wooden pole. Some of the flags are slightly damaged, see photos. Nice original bundle of flags for a fair price of only 5 euros each. I will sell them only together as advertised.
